"Kabir" hotel is located in the historical part of the city, opposite the Madrasah of Nadir Divan-begi. There are famous historical landmarks, restaurants, cafes and shops around the hotel. The airport can be reached in 8-10 minutes, and the train station is 15-minute drive away from the hotel.
