"Modarikhon" Hotel was opened in 2014. It is located in the old area of the city, close to the famous landmarks, such as Chor Minor Madrasah and Lyabi House Ensemble. The airport can be reached in less than 10 minutes, and the road to the train station takes about 15 minutes.

The hotel's interior is designed in modern Uzbek style, the rooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV’s with satellite channels. The staff is hospitable and helpful.
