Hotel "Samir" was built in 2011. The old name is "Sairam". The last renovation was made in 2012. The hotel is located near the downtown and at the same time away from busy streets. The location is convenient – 10-minute drive from the International Airport and the train station.

The hotel's interior is designed in European style. Comfortable rooms are equipped with air conditioning, TVs with satellite channels, mini-bars. The staff is competent and friendly.
